At RoamingExpert we have a proactive and friendly approach. Our skilled staff have over 15 years’ of experience within the telecoms industry and we take great pride in consistently delivering very high levels of customer service.
Throughout the course of your contract with us, we handle any issues that may arise. These could be faults with handsets, assistance setting up email accounts on the handset or just a question regarding a certain destination. Your usage will be regularly monitored and any opportunities to lower costs will be suggested.
You will also have access to our online portal which allows users to access their own data and invoices. This can be set at multiple levels so a management company can view all yachts they look after, a captain can view all users on a particular yacht and the user themselves can view their usage. The portal also shows unbilled usage for the current month.
Ideally, we would be sent the itinerary of each yacht in advance of the following calendar month. This will allow us to make any changes to the tariffs or recommend alternative solutions, allowing us to do the best job possible for you. We are happy to liaise with the Captain / yacht directly if this favourable.
In addition to our service levels, we also have a very flexible approach to billing. As we operate our own billing platform, and are not reliant on inflexible systems used by the networks themselves, we can invoice in any way required by you or your client. This could be to a yacht management company as a whole, individual yachts or groups of yachts. We can also bill in one of three currencies (£, € or $).
